SHIPPING METHODS
Delivery times and options:
We offer 3 delivery methods for you to choose from:
Motorcycle (CABA home delivery): Deliveries are made on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you choose this option, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery.
Mail (CABA, AMBA, and nationwide home delivery or pickup at a branch): Shipping is handled through Correo Argentino, and delivery times depend on the destination, averaging between 3 and 9 business days. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You can choose to receive the package at your home or pick it up at a branch. Once the postal service takes your package, you will receive an email with a tracking number and order confirmation, so you can monitor the delivery status. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Correo Argentino will leave a notice for you to pick up the package at the nearest branch. Shipping prices will be displayed when selecting this option in the shopping cart.
Showroom Pickup: Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with the available days and times for you to come pick up your order.
PURCHASES FROM ABROAD
We ship worldwide. At the bottom of the website, you can select the country from which you are making the purchase, which will update both the language and currency of the online store. Payments in foreign currency are made exclusively through PayPal; we do not accept international bank transfers.
Shipments are made via FedEx and DHL, and once your payment is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your order.
It’s important to note that KYRIA is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations to be aware of any additional costs that may arise.
